I don't mean to nitpick, Tom, but is this really your plan?

I'd want to know more about the circumstances where prisoners were being diagnosed as deluded for being racist. Normal racism - probably unjust. "The black guys in the kitchen are trying to poison me" is probably deluded outside Oz.
